- Base: The person on the ground providing stability.
- Flyer: The person being lifted or balancing on the base.
- Spotter: The safety person who helps prevent falls and gives corrections.
2. General Rules for AcroYoga
Safety First
- Always have a spotter, especially when trying new moves.
- Practice on a soft surface (yoga mat, grass, or padded flooring).
- Communicate clearly with your partner.
- Do not force movements; listen to your body.
Communication is Key
